How much do you cost?

I wanted to make the costs as easy and visible as possible. No hidden fees here! To see the pricing, use the menu bar at the top right of this site to view the “Services” pages. Here you will see the costs of each session or event, as well as an a’ la carte menu with all of the products we offer. Of course everything is + tax. If you have any questions about pricing or anything else, don’t hesitate to use the contact page to send me a message!

How many images will I see in my gallery?

This also depends on your session. Of course you will have many more images to view in a four hour session verses one hour. While I don’t set an exact amount of images for any gallery (everyone is different!), you can at least look forward to about 15-20 images per hour for your session. Weddings will also vary depending on the time and things happening! Your galleries are filled with nothing but the best images from your session and/or wedding!

How long do I have to order from my gallery?

Galleries expire 14 days after the date they go live. To avoid any additional costs, please make sure to make your orders and/or download your images before then! If you do need to view your gallery after it has expired, there will be a gallery renewal cost of $50.00 per additional 14 days. This cost does NOT go towards any prints or products.

Where are you located?

I am located in Morgan City, Louisiana! The studio’s address is 1234 David Drive, Suite 202, Morgan City, LA 70380. I mostly service South Louisiana; however, I do travel anywhere you’d like to go! Depending on your location, there may be a travel fee. The base travel fee is the current mileage fee for Louisiana. Additional costs may need to be added depending upon how far and if accommodations are needed.

I’m ready to book! How do I schedule my wedding and/or session?

Booking your session has gotten even easier!! Go to the Contact | Book page and you can book online! I will email you as soon as possible during business hours to talk more about the wedding and/or session you are booking and what you are looking for in your image gallery. A non-refundable retainer fee of 25% of your session or event will be due to lock in that date. I stay pretty busy (as we all do) so I keep all correspondence through email for your records and mine so there is no confusion or anything forgotten.

What is a Non Refundable Retainers Fee?

A non refundable retainers fee is a fee required to book your session. As the name states, this fee is non refundable. This fee allows me to mark a date and time in my calendar just for you. It saves the date for you and protects me from lost income due to no-shows or last minute cancellations. However, if I am to cancel the session for any reason, I will refund the cost of the retainer fee as well as any other monies paid. If I have to reschedule, the retainers fee will be used for the new date.

The retainers fee will be credited towards the total cost of your session once that session is completed.

Can I add more time?

Yes! Of course! The experiences are designed to service most clients but you are welcome to add more time for an additional fee.

How and when do I get to see my gallery?

Trust me, I am SO excited to share the images from your session with you! I also want to make sure they are at their absolute best when you see them! The post production takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks for portrait galleries. Especially if it’s a particularly busy time. Boudoir sessions can take up to 3-4 weeks. Wedding galleries can take up to 6-8 weeks. While we always try our best to get your images finished as soon as possible, we also want them to be perfect! Once your gallery is ready, I will email you a link and password (if requested) to view your images. You will place your orders through your gallery.

I need my gallery ASAP! Can you put a rush on them?

Rushing post production may be possible depending on time of year and my workload. To put a rush on post production would mean putting you in front of other clients and possible plans. Because of this, a rush fee of $250.00 would be required to be paid to do so. This “rush fee” is for post production only and is not including rush shipment of any prints or products. Digital downloads may be purchased to be able to print on your own and are emailed right away.

How long before I receive my order?

It depends on what you order. Digital downloads are immediate! Prints usually take 1-2 weeks. Bigger products may take a bit longer.

What if my family and friends want to order?

No problem! Please feel free to share your gallery for your friends or family to order! Your gallery can be password protected if that is preferred so you can share only with those you decide! I will not give the information out to anyone. They must get it from you. Your friends and family can then view and order through your gallery, same as you! And, of course, if anyone has any questions they can email me and I will answer as soon as possible! Simple!

Can I purchase the copyright to the images?

We do not sell the copyright to images; however, all digital downloads include a “personal print release”.

What is a personal print release? A personal print release is the authority to print the purchased image for personal use (I.e. printing the image for yourself or to give prints to family and/or friends). A personal print release does NOT include the rights to:

1.) The copyright to that image or gallery.

2.) Use the image in any advertising or commercial use.

3.) The right to digitally edit/change/manipulate the image in any way.

4.) Sell the image to any person or company.

5.) Use the image in any online contests, pageants, etc.

Can I bring my pet to my session?

Pets are a part of our family so of course we want them in our family photos! With that being said, domestic animals are allowed to join in on sessions under these conditions:

1.) They are friendly.

2.) The venue/location allows animals.

3.) You bring a crate and/or handler to assist with your pet while your pet is both in and out of the photos during your session.

4.) Your pet must stay on a leash or in a crate unless they are posing for a photo. This is for everyone’s safety, including your furry family member.

5.) Bringing your pet was discussed before booking your session.

If you want to include a non domestic pet in your session, it must be discussed before the session and approved by me.

** If you bring ANY pet without discussing with me before booking your session, I reserve the right to cancel said session with no refund. **

Can I bring my friend(s) to my session?

Photo shoots are fun and exciting so we understand why you would want to share that experience with others! All that we ask is that you limit your party to no more than 2-3 additional people and make sure they understand that they may be put to work! **Some venues may not allow for additional people. Please make sure before your session date.

Can I reschedule my session?

Things come up and it doesn’t always go along with our plans. If you need to reschedule your session, I will reschedule it once at no costs as long as I am available for the new date and you email me to reschedule at least 3 days before your sessions date.

If you reschedule more than once or under the 3 days before your session, there will be a rebooking fee of $125.00 that is required each additional time you want to reschedule. No new dates will be scheduled until the rebooking fee is paid. The rebooking fee is to cover the dates that I have potentially lost business due to already being booked and that fee will not be used as credit for your session or image purchases. These terms and prices are for portrait sessions only. Weddings have other terms and costs associated with canceling or rescheduling.

I need to cancel my session. Do I get my money back?

A non refundable retainers fee is required to book your session. This fee reserves a date and time for your session and is non refundable due to that date/time not being available to other potential clients.

I want to cancel my print order, can you do that?

Print orders are sent to the printer immediately and because of this, I can not guarantee I will be able to contact them before the order is fulfilled. Once the prints are made, I cannot cancel the order. Also, digital downloads are immediately sent to your email and therefore, absolutely cannot be cancelled or refunded.
