Let’s Celebrate!

Another fun fact about me is that…. I’m ordained! That’s right! As much as I love photographing weddings, I also enjoy performing them! Why did I become ordained? Here’s a little backstory: In case you don’t remember, gay marriage became legal in the US (YAY!) on June 26th, 2015. So, on June 30th, 2015, I became ordained for Louisiana. I wanted LGBTQ+ couples to have the same opportunity as other couples which was to have someone perform their marriage ceremony with all of the love and excitement they deserve! While performing ceremonies is not something I do often, I am available to do so for all couples wanting to share their love and show their commitment to each other.

So, What are the details and how do you book?

Booking is easy! Click on the link below to contact me about your ceremony. If I am available, we can set up a meeting to talk about details. If you decide to book me, we will also sign the contract and pay the retainer. To hold your date and not book anything or anyone else, I require 50% of my fee as a non refundable retainer fee. That fee will be credited towards your final balance which is due a week before the ceremony. Travel fees may apply. The base fee for the ceremony starts at $300.00. You can even do a dry run for your rehearsal so that you can be extra confident that things will run smoothly. Pricing for this service starts at $200.00. Travel fees and requirements will be discussed if necessary. And, as always, everything is plus tax.

For the ceremony, I usually keep my wedding script non religious unless otherwise requested. I will discuss the script and ceremony with you beforehand.
